1、用途： ① 用于窗戶和幕墻的窗洞和窗臺的防滲防漏。徹底阻止雨水沿著窗戶洞口和窗臺滲入室內。 ② 用于彩鋼板屋頂的防滲防漏。 ③ 用于暴露型的防滲防漏部位。 2、方法（供參考） ① 窗戶固定 ② 窗洞用發泡劑（或砂漿）填充。 ③ 切割發泡劑或將砂漿找平。 ④ 將SJK1208單組分聚脲防滲防漏膠沿窗戶洞口涂布。窗框上搭接5mm-10mm。一直搭接到外墻立面邊緣。 ⑤ 在未徹底干燥前，撒少量細砂，以便外保溫施工。 3、物性： ① 表干時間 3-4小時 ② 實干時間 12-24小時 ③ 拉伸強度 5.0-7.0Mpa GB/T528 ④ 斷裂伸長率 400-600% GB/T528 ⑤ 抗紫外線/ASTM C-920-79：良好 ⑥ 抗酸、堿、鹽：良好 4、包裝 5L/桶
